In attendance were: Sharon Hahstadt, Carol Mulvany, Blanche Kohler, Betty Elliott, Marlene Stevenson, Chris Cantrell, Christina Sweet, Jan Cupernal, Nadia Schutz and Jayne Primrose.

A short meeting was held after the "Smart Retail in Small Spaces" workshop, hosted by Grant Co. Historical Museum in Canyon City.

The meeting was called to order by Blanche Kohler, President. The minutes were read by the Secretary. Motion to accept was made by Sharon, seconded by Nadia and were accepted.

Nadia mentioned that she had paid the yearly fee for the EOMA website.

Since we had new people in attendance she mentioned that the dues were $5/2 years and Chris Cantrell of the Baker Museum paid their dues.

There was discussion about a topic and location for our October 12, 2010.

No definite decisions were made as we seemed at a loss for a topic. We will notify everyone via e-mail once the decisions are made. One possibility, mentioned later was to talk about outdoor signage, using what we learned in the workshop.

Blanche thought it was time to elect officers and asked for nominations for someone to take over the presidency as she has many other commitments. Betty Elliott nominated Randall Melton and we will e-mail him to see if he will accept.

The meeting was adjourned.
